"The Sagittaria subulata is a plant that is very suitable as forefront plant. It easily produces new shoots which create a dense little carpet very quick. Now and again you should remove these shoots. When the plants grow to close to one and another it will grow upwards and can reach up to 60 cm in height. A bit much for a forefront plant! But in genera it remains pretty compact and it is a lovely cover for the bottom and might even flower!"
